Important Information:
- MAXMOST.COM does not pay for international duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Your credit card will be charged accordingly.
- MAXMOST.COM is not responsible for packages held by Customs.
- The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.
- There is no shipping services on Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays. All orders on weekend and National Holidays will be shipped on next business day.
- If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.

Besides credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) through our website directly, we also accept Money Order or PAYPAL.

You can download our order form, fill in all information and send back to address listed below. Upon receipt of payment, we reserve the right to hold the order until the funds clear your Banking institution and our system, which may take up to a month.

Please send your payment by PAYPAL to info@maxmost.com. Make sure to put product code, product name, quantity you need, shipping method and your shipping address in comments field on paypal payment page.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Check and PAYPAL Orders must ship Complete. Check and PAYPAL Customers cannot have their Orders shipped Partial.
- All Checks must have your Name, Address and Phone number on the Check.
- International orders must be paid by International Money Orders

All returns to MAXMOST.COM are subject to the following conditions:
- All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- You may request an RMA by email to customerservice@maxmost.com
- Clearly mark your RMA number on the envelop to avoid refusal of shipment!
- All unauthorized returns will be refused and package will be sent back to client.
- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 14 days of the day you received order.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE.
- Defective Items will be replaced with the same Item only. NO Refunds.
- ALL of the Original Packaging; Case, Booklets, Liner Notes, Bonus Discs, etc. MUST be included.
- We do NOT pay for postage on returns.
- Shipping Charges are not Refundable.
- If it’s customer reason to return product, 25% of total product cost will be charged.
- International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping
- All promotional items should not be returnded at all whatsoever .

- No returns on new cell phone sales unless manufacturer defect, otherwise you have to pay 25% cost of the phone! Return request must be made in 3 days after you receive the order.

Stock Availability in MaxMost.com includes:
- Usually ships within 48 hours (Product is in stock at our warehouse, ready for shipping in 24-48 hours)
- Usually ships within 1 to 4 weeks. (Product is out of stock at our warehouse, and has been ordered from the appropriate vendor. Generally it will take 1 to 4 weeks to be available depending on the which vendor it is.
- Pre-Order (All Pre-Order titles will be shipped on their release date)
- Out of Stock (Product is not available for purchase at this time. On occasion, product becomes unavailable to us from the manufacturer for various reasons. The product will be stocked when it becomes available from the vendor.)

| What other information may I be asked to provide before my order is processed? |

You may be asked to provide proof of your credit card information in the form of a payment stub. In some cases your order will not be processed until this documentation is received by us. We will contact you by phone or email if we require this supporting information.

Sorry, but we do not offer telephone sales. Our agreements with payment gateway require that all orders be placed through their secure web server. We don not collect any credit card information on our website. Please place your order online.
